Trauma-informed therapy in Cork
You do not need to have the right words. You do not need to understand it all before coming to therapy.
Therapy offers a space to explore what is happening, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to make sense of experiences that may have felt difficult to navigate alone.

I'm Myra, a pre-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in Cork. I work with adults aged 18 and over across a wide range of experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, relational and grounded in kindness, curiosity and respect.

Therapy offers a space where we can begin to make sense of difficult experiences together. Nothing has to be hidden, and nothing has to be shared before you're ready.

You do not need to know where to begin. We can begin with what is here.

The relationship matters. You are welcome to email me or arrange a brief phone call. This gives us a chance to talk about what is bringing you to therapy, answer any questions, and consider whether I am the right therapist for you.
